Este acogedor apartamento turístico recién renovado goza de una ubicación privilegiada y es ideal tanto para parejas como para familias con niños.

Está situado en el centro de Calella, a 300m de la playa y a escasos 50km de Barcelona.

El complejo en el que esta ubicado dispone de piscina, piscina para niños y bar/cafetería.

Con una superficie de 45m2 tiene capacidad para acomodar hasta 6 personas y cuenta con una terraza amueblada con vistas al pueblo. El apartamento dispone de un dormitorio independiente con gran cama doble (180cm), un camarote con cama doble (135cm) y una zona comedor-estar con TV pantalla plana donde hay un sofá cama con dos camas individuales de 80 cm de ancho cada una. Dispone de cocina Americana totalmente equipada con: 2 placas eléctricas, microondas, menaje de cocina, tostadora, nevera, cafetera italiana, exprimidor eléctrico,…). Baño completo con lavadora y secador de pelo. También dispone de plancha y tabla de planchar entre otros.

El precio incluye sábanas y toallas (de ducha y manos) y el apartamento se entrega completamente montado para disfrutar de la estancia.

Depósito obligatorio de 200€ a devolver el día de salida si no hay desperfectos.

Tasa turística a pagar a la llegada 0,99€ por persona y noche hasta un máximo de 7 noches. Solo pagan esta tasa los mayores de 16 años.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silvia (the owner) a message.

    If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
