Spacious townhouse of 250m2 newly renovated consisting of 7 bedrooms (2 on ground floor and 5 upstairs), 3 bathrooms with shower (1 bathroom ground floor adapatado wheelchair and 2 bathrooms upstairs) , diaphanous space of 55m2 with living room with TV 46 'dining room and fully equipped kitchen with high quality standards. Equipped with air conditioning in dining room / living room-kitchen and 5 in bedrooms. Large terrace of 100m2 with all the outdoor furniture necessary to enjoy the outdoors, with private pool and a large barbecue. Newly renovated house, high quality and capacity in the center of the population. It is not necessary any vehicle to move to go shopping or to the beach, 10 min walk from the train station to go to Barcelona. Calella is a town with a long tourist tradition, an old fishermen's enclave. On its beaches and narrow streets live people from all over Europe. Here music, gastronomic, folkloric and traditional festivals, as well as international championships of different sporting disciplines such as the Ironman, come together. As the price of the house is different depending on the size of the group, if your group is up to 11 people, 5 rooms will be available on the top floor. If your group is up to 13 people, the 5 rooms on the top floor will be available and you can choose the room on the ground floor that best suits your needs (double bed or 2 single beds). For groups of 14 to 16 people, all rooms will be available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jordi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
