Stunning Villa Birdie has direct golf course, ocean, mountain and town views.

This magnificent villa is one of the most spacious and luxurious in the golf complex.

Built in a 850m2 property, the villa has the longest heated* swimming pool in the area. It has a great lane where you can swim and a very nice sunbathing area.

You can relax in one of the 8 hammocks surrounded by pleasant artificial grass.

There is also a nice area to chillout, a BBQ, umbrellas many plants and palm trees in the garden.

The villa has a huge lounge room, high ceilings and sky views. It has a dinning table for 12, 3 comfortable sofas and a great 60" satellite/Smart TV. There is another TV in the master bedroom.

FREE Wifi connection, reliable and stable: high speed ADSL (not public Hotspots or 3G).

The kitchen and bathrooms are totally equipped (one of them with a bathtub).

Bed linen, shower towels, an additional set of towels for the swimming pool, a hair dryer, fans, as well as other amenities are included.

The villa has a safe box and the community counts on surveillance.

*Free heated pool from November to April. From May to October 100€/week upon request.
