Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. The property has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and blackout curtains.

For your siesta, you have a double bed with large duvet and comfy pillows, cabinets, and large wall mirror.

The spacious open plan living area is complete with dining table and a flat screen TV with a double sofa bed, Free UK TV and free fast Wi Fi is available.

The bathroom has a large shower including fresh towels and hairdryer,

Kitchen is equipped with electric oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, pots and cooking accessories.

A large communal swimming pool, is complete with sunbeds for those lazy hot days.

GOOD SIZE SUN DRENCHED PATIO with outdoor furniture. complete with with dining table with chairs.

Ample free parking available is available.

Charming apartment with separate entrance in a tourist complex called Sun beach, in the town of Caleta de fuste, a very popular tourist destination due to its excellent location on the east coast of the island.

Only 10-15 minute walk to town center and beaches or €3.00 in a taxi or €2 per person on land train. Nearby only a 5 minute walk away, there is the Monte Castillo center with loads of pubs , restaurants, supermarket and shops and entertainment everything you need for your holiday.

Why can't I call Tracey (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tracey (the owner) a message.

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
