From the owner

Villa Yakamoz is a substantial luxury 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, detached villa, situated on the exclusive and sought after Palm Grove in Calis. The villa sits in its own private grounds with its own pool and garden with gates and parking. The villa fronts onto a quiet residential road with only the occasional passer by. The villa has Wi-if and full English TV package with Skysports.

There is a mini-market opposite the villa, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away.

The villa consists of a large open plan ground floor with lounge, fully equipped kitchen, (with oven & hob, fridge, dishwasher, water cooling dispenser and microwave), dining area With seating for 6, an entrance hall with WC/ Shower room. There is a TV, DVD player, Sony hifi player, iPod docking station and a PlayStation 2 console & games, together with a selection of books and board games & DVD's.

First floor contains a King master bedroom with ensuite shower room & WC, and fitted wardrobes, bedroom 2 which has king size bed & fitted wardrobes, bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds, wardrobes & drawers. The family bathroom with twin basins and a jacuzzi bath can also be found on this floor.

The Second floor contains bedroom 4 - a large attic room with 2 single beds, a sofa bed & ensuite wet room & WC. There is a second TV for playing DVD's only or the PlayStation. All bedrooms have balconys. On the main front balcony, a wicker sofa, 2 chairs and a table can be found for sitting and relaxing.

There is a free cot and high chair at the villa.

There are 2 safes for locking away your valuables.

In the garden and private pool area, there are 8 sun loungers, a comfortable hammock and a kettle bbq for guests to use. Under the covered terrace there is an outside dining table and seating for 6.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul & Mandy (the owner) a message.

If Paul & Mandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
