Exceptional 1 bed apartment in exclusive Sunset Beach Club holiday complex.

The apartment is located in the beautiful seafront Sunset Beach Club. The site has excellent facilities and is quiet, ideal for couples looking for a romantic holiday or families with children. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage and independent air conditioning units in the bedroom and lounge/dining area. It boasts a fully functional kitchen with practical self-catering facilities and dining table that sits 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable large double bed, hand built by local craftsmen, and a balcony looking onto magnificent sea-views and breathtaking sunsets. The bathroom has a powerful shower, WC and hand basin facilities. The spacious lounge comprises a 4-seater sofa bed which can sleep two people and a flat screen LCD TV. It leads onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers and parasols for all your sunbathing needs and built-in barbecue, only a few steps away from the turquoise pool (open May- Oct)

With excellent sea views and location only 10 meters from the beach of Calis, Sunset Beach Club has everything one could want and need for a fun and relaxing holiday. Sunset beach Club has its own private beach and is only a few minutes walk away from the large variety of restaurants and bars along the Calis beach promenade. Fethiye’s bustling life with its bazaars, marina and charming restaurants and shops can be easily reached by a short drive by bus or water taxi. This upmarket and secure complex is perfect for families and couples who love the sea and a beach holiday, whilst still being within an easy stroll of plentiful bars and restaurants and numerous day and evening activities. Sunset Beach Club facilities comprise a spa on site which includes sauna, Turkish bath, massage and beauty centre. There are 5 Outdoor shared pools, 3 children pools, a private tended beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, a restaurant, snack bar, pool bar, a mini-market, pool table, table tennis, beach volleyball court, children’s playground, car parking, WiFi internet and 24hrs security and on site management available. Tours and car hire can be arranged on site or when booking and all manner of water sports are available on your doorstep where you can learn to scuba dive, parasail, and water ski, kite surf or windsurf. Your holiday will be stress free and set up for you to do as much or as little as you want.

In April 2012 the new James Bond Movie was shot on Calis Beach next door to the Surf Club so it shows how lovely the location really is. Every traveller that has booked with us has visited again a truly beautiful holiday.

Why can't I call Raji (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raji (the owner) a message.

If Raji (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
