Ground Floor Apartment Sunshine Apartments

Our lovely ground floor double fronted air conditioned apartment is tastefully decorated and has wrap-around balconies on all three aspects of the property and has Wifi in all rooms. It is on a very friendly quiet small gated complex of 2 and 3 bed apartments owned by a mixture of British and other nationals.

All bedrooms have access directly onto the balconies with the main bedroom overlooking the bird sanctuary adjacent to the apartment.

The kitchen utensils is home from home there is nothing you would need.

Full details on how to use all appliances including the dishwasher are in the apartment along with a guide of local recommended restaurants, day trips etc. Each of the bedrooms have a hairdryer and ample wardrobe space with hangers and shelves. In bedroom two there is a safe for all personal belongings.

There are 4 sun loungers available for your use at the pool with matching sun umbrella. Also available are noodles for children. There is a built in out-door bbq for your use.

The gardens are well maintained with mature shrubs etc, there is a large turtle-shaped swimming pool with an adjacent kiddies pool.

We are few minutes walk from the Sunday market and have restaurants and supermarkets at the end of the road. It takes a leisurely 15 minutes to Calis centre.

All bed linen, towels and beach towels are included. Our price includes the local government registration fee that all guests staying in Turkey need to pay and be aware of.

We can arrange private air conditioned transfers to and from Dalaman airport (for additional cost) with our reliable management company. They will meet you at arrivals at Dalaman and have the keys and make sure you gain access to the apartment without any problems after a long journey we find that this is invaluable with previous guests.

Calis is about a 40 minute drive from Dalaman airport (we can arrange private air conditioned transfers if required). There are numerous flights to Dalaman from most UK airports. The Gulf of Fethiye is surrounded by mountains. Calis is renowned for its stunning sunsets. There is something for everybody in the vicinity - lazying on beautiful beaches, windsurfing/kite surfing, boat trips, water park, paragliding, promenade walks (Calis to Fethiye), mud baths at Dalyan, visiting ancient monuments and a local Turkish Delight (Lokum) factory as well as bars and restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
