Seashell 12 is a spacious 2 bedroom, fully air-conditioned, duplex apartment at the very popular Sunset Beach Club at Calis Beach. It enjoys a lovely outlook over one of the swimming pool from the balcony.

This apartment is an ideal base for families or couples seeking a self-catering beach holiday within easy reach of Calis. No car hire is needed when staying here as it is easy to get about on foot or by dolmus.

Seashell 12 offers really good flexibility as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus with a sofa bed in the lounge means it can comfortably sleep up to 5 people (4 adults + 1 child on the sofa bed). As this is a duplex apartment, its layout is designed over 2 floors which offers more privacy than some other apartments.

The master bedroom is upstairs with the bonus of its own small private terrace and en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom and 2nd bathroom are downstairs. This makes it great for families or 2 couples sharing the apartment as the sleeping arrangements are on 2 floors (with a bathroom for each bedroom).

The lounge features a satellite TV system and DVD player. There's a selection of DVDs and reading books for our guests to use. WiFi is also available in the apartment.

The kitchen features oven/ hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/ freezer and everything you need for self catering. Outside on the balcony is a great built in BBQ, an outdoor dining table, chairs and parasol. There is a lovely outlook onto one of the swimming pools and towards the sea.

Situated in a great position on the complex, Seashell 12 is set about half way down the complex which means you are slightly away from the main reception/ entrance, busy front swimming pool, poolside bar and restaurant, but still within very easy reach to all of the main facilities. It is in a good position for guests seeking a slightly quieter position on the complex.Sunset Beach Club has everything you could be looking for whilst on holiday. As well as 7 outdoor pools, 3 kids splash pools, there is a sauna, hamman (Turkish bath) and treatments available in the wellness centre (local charges apply). There is even a small on-site shop, a poolside bar and restaurant .

We can assist with arranging airport transfers and car hire. Please ask for prices. Cot and high chair hire is available. Beach towel hire is also available on request. Please advise when booking if you want to add any of these extras onto your reservation.

The Sunset Beach Club enjoys an enviable beach front location which means you can enjoy both beach and pool fun when staying here. Being so close to the beach means that you can easily pop back to the apartment very quickly if you need anything. When you are ready for some activities, there are lots of water sports available just a few minutes walk away at the nearby Fethiye Surf Club.

There are several nice, local restaurants close to the Sunset Beach Club and a short 10 minute stroll brings you onto the main Calis Beach promenade with its laid-back bars and many restaurants.

The surrounding area of Fethiye, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz can all be reached by local public bus transport system (called the 'dolmus') which means that NO CAR HIRE is required when staying here. The dolmus stops at the complex so it is very easy to get around the local area.

The on-site facilities provided are at the discretion of the complex management company. and may change at their discretion.

Changeover times can be flexible subject to other bookings.

Please note that a security deposit of £100 will be payable to the Property Manager on arrival and this will be returned on day of departure upon a final check of the property.

Why can't I call Alison (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Alison (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
