Pinetree cottage is in the heart of the Inner Trossachs National Park. Only two minutes walk from the shores of Loch Venachar and has lots of relaxing woodland walks. There are many cycle routes on your door step which lead to spectacular landscape.

This wonderful location gives easy access to walking, cycling, and water sports including fishing and sailing. Where you are guaranteed that any two days are never the same due to the spectacular landscape.

The location guarantees you an abundance of wild life including deer, birds of prey and other spectacular wildlife..

We have just added a summer house with a large window looking out into the forest, with log burner and comfortable seating.2016 Dec

Dogs are welcome but I ask the holiday guest to try and please kindly keep them out of the bedrooms. Thank you. The cost per dog is £25 per week for the first dog then £20 for the second, please leave payment in the cottage. Thank you.

With cycle paths passing just 100 yards away from the cottage cycling is a must to appreciate the beautiful scenery. Should you not be able to bring your own bicycles don’t worry they can be hired, for as little as £60 per week. There are an abundance of walks for all abilities on your door step or for a little more of a challenge Ben Ledi is just across the loch.

A short drive of about 10 minutes and you are in the delightful village of Callander. Here you can find everything you need in the shops and boutiques along the high street, together with a variety of cafes and

restaurants.

The cottage.

The porch has under floor heating and a seating area,where you can relax and read your book or just sit and enjoy the views, maybe spot a deer or two.

A twin bedroom with shared access to a bathroom. A large double room with a king size double bed and a sofa to relax and enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking out of the patio doors. The bedroom has an on suite bathroom with power shower..The bedroom also has a TV.

This review is very upsetting, after your first review, I decided to ask pasted guests to leave a review, which I have never done before. Yes one of the taps do drip from time to time, but it's does get fixed. I did explain about the blind and have ordered a new one. The mattress do get replaced every two years and do have mattress protector on. I was aware there was a bag of ice and peas in the freezer, which I didn't see as a problem. I am just sadden that when I came to welcome you on your second night you didn't tell me how you felt, I would have listened to you and tried to make your stay more enjoyable. You asked for a touch, which there are two rechargeable ones at the property, but I still ordered a new one which arrived the next day.

Why can't I call Emma (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Emma (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emma (the owner) a message.

If Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
