From the owner

The Old Post Office, is in the picturesque village The gateway to the Highlands Callander. The self catering holiday let, has a secure fenced garden great to let your dog run free. Callander is a vibrant town with loads to do; walking, cycling canoeing, fishing with a permit. There is a leisure complex for rainy days.

The flat is on one level. New Integrated kitchen fitted 2020

The Living room has room has two large sofa.

there is a smart TV and DVD player, lots of family board games, Jigsaws and even mindfulness colouring books to help you relax.

The bathroom has a large cast iron bath with shower over head.

The dinning area is off the kitchen and has bar stools

The kitchen is well stocked, there is a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar etc kitchen fitted 2020

The Garden. The door from the kitchen opens up to a small fenced garden, and seating area, where you have great views as you are sitting to the right of you, you have Callander Crags and to the North is Ben Ledi

There are many breath taking walks and cycle routes.to choose from. The Meadow park and the river Teith. is set behind the holiday let.

Lovely flat

Lovely little flat right in the town but in a quiet spot with it’s own little garden. Close to lots of great walks, as well as cafes, shops and pubs.

Why can't I call Emma (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You’ll need to contact Emma (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emma (the owner) a message.

If Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
