We offer you this beautiful detached 5 bedroom villa with private heated pool, wifi and sea views has been recently furnished to a good standard throughout.

The main villa is all on one level. The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas. The 32 inch LCD and offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, children TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up plus much more plus DVD and CD player plus a ceiling fan to keep cool. The lounge also offers two sets of patio doors that lead to the upper sun terrace. From the lounge you enter the dining area that has table and chairs for 6. The lounge and diner both have ceiling fans. From the diner you enter into the new kitchen fitted in 2014 with granite work surfaces which includes all the cooking utensils you would expect to find plus dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. There is also an outside washing area with washing machine. Off the kitchen is yet another set of patio doors thats leads to the upper sun terrace.

On the same level offers 3 bedrooms and shower room. Bedroom 1 has twin beds with matching curtains and a separate en suite which has a separate bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and doors that lead to a small balcony as does bedroom 3 but does have twin beds. All bedrooms have new large fitted mirrored wardrobes (fitted 2013) and ceiling fans. There is a safe fitted in bedroom 3. The large main shower room has a huge walk in fully tiled shower and WC.

From the upper sun terrace go down the tiled staircase onto the pool level where you have the separate entrance into the huge 2 bedroom apartment. Inside the apartments are 2 bedrooms, 2 en suites, lounge, diner, new kitchen fitted in 2014 and sets of patio doors that lead to the pool terrace and outside courtyard area.

The exterior of this unusual property is on two levels. The upper level has a sun terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ and splendid views of the sea and mountains. The lower sun terrace consists of 7 x 3 x 1.5 deep meter private eclectically heated pool and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. There is also an outside cosy courtyard with table and chairs for your enjoyment. All terraces has outside lighting.

Fibre optic wifi is available at an additional cost of £20 per week.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise. Please read below for villas facilities;

Getting around

This villa is approx 700 meters to all local amenities where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hotels, banks, taxi rank, bus stops, pharmacy, doctors, cafes, bakery, butchers, tennis courts and football pitches etc. Callao Salvaje is only a 10 minute drive or 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama aswell are only a short drive away.

“Spacious villa in peaceful setting spoilt by very yappy dog!!!”

Villa had plenty of space for the 10 of us with good BBQ facilities in the back courtyard and the pool was cleaned pretty much each day by the pool guy. Upstairs fan did not work in lounge, downstairs damp smelling in back rooms and dead cockroaches lying around. Callo small village with small and expensive supermarkets, lots of bars and eateries and had one of the best Indian meals that we have ever eaten there! Bus stop was at end of road that could take you to places easily but bus rides are on very windy roads. Big shop get a taxi to Lidl as beers very cheap to buy there. Ask the taxi driver to come back and pick you up as no taxi rank there. DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA IF THE CURRENT NEIGHBOURS LIVE NEXT DOOR!!!! This is because they have 3 dogs that sleep most of the day inside. In the evening they let them out, the owners go out and the dogs have separation anxiety and bark non-stop. To top this off the dogs sleep outside at night and one is very yappy and barks throughout the night!!!!! Sleep is impossible under these circumstances. It really ruined the overall experience of this villa!! Shame really. This villa would score more highly without the awful experience of the dogs next door.

Fantastic villa. Looked great in the pictures but looked even better in reality. Beautifully decorated and so many areas to sit in the sun. There was 11 of us including a baby and 4 children. They would have spent everyday in the amazing swimming pool if they could. The barbecue area is fantastic and after a quick trip to the large lidl supermarket we had plenty of supplies to put on the barbecue. All bedrooms were beautiful and complete with ensuites so no queue for showers! Beautiful view from villa and as there is a large table outside you can dine throughout the day in the sunshine. Plenty of sun loungers to go round as well. A stone throw from the villa is a bus stop and for approx 2 euro per person u can travel easily to Las Americas or anywhere around the island. Taxis also easily accessible. The local town is a 15 min walk and has plenty of restaurants and bars and a small beach that are not to crowed. Overall would recommend this villa to anyone. The owners were very helpful and stayed in contact throughout. Hopefully we will be back!

This villa and apartment was fantastic for a group of 9, offering so much space. The propriety was clean modern and over well maintained and worth every penny. The town is small but has a good selection of restaurants and bars and supermarkets Th view from the balcony was fantastic especially first thing and watching the sunset. The pool is a decent size and and heated to a lovely temperature. There were a couple of downsides which were minor. The WiFi is not good and you can have one thing using it at a time and the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was extremely noisy and not very effective. The towels also need replacing, however apart from these minor gripes a great holiday was had by all.

Response from the manager I have been advised that the wifi will be upgraded when fibre optic reaches the resort. The towels are being replaced shortly.
