We offer you this 3 bedroom detached villa in Callao Salvaje Tenerife, this fully refurbished villa has been recently furnished to a high standard throughout. This villa is situated in a excellent position from a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the front line Sueno Azul Beach club. The owners have included very stylish furniture and the feel of this villa really does feel homely. The kitchen includes Dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board.
The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater leather sofas. This room also has satellite TV with USB and offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, childrens TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up plus much more plus DVD The lounge offers a set of patio doors that lead onto the terrace. All bedrooms have matching curtain and bed cover sets, ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and has an en suite bath with shower attachement. Bedroom 2 and 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also another shower room with shower and WC. There is a safe in the villa for you private use.
Fibre optic wifi is available at an additional cost of £20 per week.The 8.00 x 3.00 metre private heated pool (heated between mid October mid May) has a depth of 0.5 to 1.5 metre and has a stylish roman steps for easy access. The small terrace offers 4 sunbeds, table and chairs with sun shade, and a very pretty shaded pergola which feels like another room of the villa.There is a BBQ and a canarian style outside oven with plenty of cooking space. The terrace is totally private and is not over looked. The manager of this villa live nearby and are on hand for any matters that may arise.
This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise. Please read below for villas facilities;

We stayed in Villa Cush for 1 week & it was bliss, owners were on hand for any issues as was Steve who looks after the Villa, great holiday, great venue but sad to be back to the rain!
