La casa Mas Ambros es una vivienda de dos plantas con una capacidad máxima de 24 personas, dispone de jardines con piscina y barbacoa. Con un terreno de 800m2 y 320 m2 de vivienda, es perfecta para disfrutar tus encuentros familiares o con amigos.

Situada en una tranquila urbanización con bonitas vistas a la montaña y al mar, cerca de las mejores playas, concretamente a 3 kilómetros de la playa de Sant Antonio de Calonge, a 2 min en coche del centro del pueblo, y a pie de montaña.

En los alrededores podrá disfrutar de un gran número de actividades al aire libre, ocio, cultura local, y una rica gastronomía de km 0.

En la parte exterior de la vivienda encontramos:

Pequeña zona de aparcamiento para dos o tres vehículos.

Pequeñas zonas verdes exteriores.

Escaleras que dan acceso a el jardín principal.

Jardín principal con piscina desbordante, y un porche con zona de barbacoa y comedor.

En la parte interior encontramos:

Un recibidor con acceso a las habitaciones y a la planta superior.

Una pequeña zona de almacenaje de limpieza, lavadero y refrigeración.

Una habitación con capacidad de hasta 6 personas. (1 litera de dos camas de 90 x 190, y hasta 4 camas de 90 x 200).

Una habitación con capacidad de hasta 4 personas y acceso directo a las zonas del jardín. (Hasta 4 camas de 90 x 200).

Una habitación doble con acceso directo a las zonas exteriores. (1 cama de 150 x 200).

La casa esta acondicionada con lavadora, televisión, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, neveras, congeladores, nevera de bebidas, tres tipos de cafetera francesa, espresso e italiana, lavaplatos, ollas, sartenes, menaje para 24 personas, batidora, calentador de agua, trona para niños de más de un año, cuna para niños de hasta 2 años, calefacción, aire acondicionado, y wifi.

LAS NORMAS DE LA CASA:

Entradas y salidas: Hay que respetar los horarios de entrada y salida de la casa.

Residuos: Se deben depositar las basuras en los respectivos contenedores de reciclaje en la entrada del recinto.

Música: La música exterior y el sonido en general esta permitido de 10:00a.m. a 00:00 p.m. por normativa municipal.

Piscina: Siempre antes de los baños en la piscina deberan pasar por la ducha para eliminar totalmente la crema corporal.

Limpieza final: La casa debe dejarse limpia y ordenada tal y cómo se encontró. Puede solicitarse la limpieza por 230€ con máximo de 7 horas.

Sabanas: El uso de sabanas es obligatorio. Puede contratarlo por el precio de 15€ (estancias de 2 noches) o 20€ (para estancias superiores a 2 noches).

Barbacoa: La barbacoa solo puede utilizarse con carbon, no con leña.

Mascotas: Las estancia de cada mascota tiene un coste de 40€.

Zona del tejado: Esta completamente prohibido acceder a las distintas zonas del tejado.

Suministros y entorno: ​Debe hacerse un uso cívico tanto de los suministros y el alojamiento como el entorno.

How do damage deposits work?
