Description

Lovely Villa in Calpe, Costa Blanca - Very Quiet and not overlooked only 5 minutes Walk to the Beach. Several nice Restaurants shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The main feature of our luxurious million dollar home is the pool and garden where even in high season you will experience tranquillity and total privacy. Have the entire 2,000 m2 property to yourselves.

Changeover day is Wednesday. Aim to arrive after 0100 and be prepared to leave before 0900 on Wednesday morning. Note: we only accept bookings for multiples of 7 days.

This year we are Travelling in Europe during the summer months and therefore offer to let our home to selected guests during this period. Please note we change over on Wednesday's. The main features of the villa are the beautiful pool and garden, which is surrounded by trees and completely private. We have free wifi which is very important for people these days. The guest accommodation is luxurious and has nice views from the bedrooms and the lounge over the garden to the mountains. In addition to the two double beds we can provide a foldaway single and/or a baby cot. We also have our little wooded area where you can sling the hammock, relax in the shade and listen to the birds and the waterfall as it cascades into the fish pond.

Situated in a cul de sac on the outskirts of town it takes only a couple of minutes to walk to the nearest restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach and two large supermarkets. Calpe town is about 5 minutes drive. There is a sauna which you are welcome to use if you feel the need - we provide separate shower and toilet facilities. Also extra beach towels are available. We have a gardener, pool cleaner and recently upgraded and installed air-conditioning in both bedrooms. We also have an additional single "z bed" for a fifth guest or for those who do not like to share a double bed.

If you stay for two weeks or more you have a free cleaning service with fresh bed linen and towels. Remember we changeover on Wednesday's.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
