Apartamento 2 dormitorios, preciosas vistas al mar y parque natural del Peñón de Ifach.

El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio construido en 2005 siendo uno de los mas bonitos y exclusivos de Calpe, moderno y de excelentes calidades.

Su entorno es privilegiado, en la Playa de la Fossa y al lado del parque Natural del Peñón de Ifach, por lo que desde todas las estancias del apartamento hay vistas de mar y peñón.

Su orientación es norte, este y sur, siendo todas sus estancias exteriores e independientes.

Tiene 120 metros cuadrados que se distribuyen en una terraza exterior de 27 metros cuadrados, salón independiente, cocina independiente, dos dormitorios dobles y dos cuartos de baño completos.

La terraza de 27 metros cuadrados tiene instalado un cerramiento de cristal transparente, sin perfiles, y abatible a ambos lados, que permite su apertura total. De esta forma puede utilizarse durante todos los días del año independientemente de las condiciones meteorológicas.

En el salón, en el conjunto del mobiliario, un sofá-cama de 135 para cuando se precisa.

El dormitorio principal tiene también acceso directo a la terraza, y un baño incorporado.

Los dos dormitorios tienen los armarios empotrados y vestidos totalmente.

Está equipado con mobiliario de calidad y todo lo necesario para hacer confortable la estancia de un máximo de cinco personas,

En toda la vivienda aire acondicionado frío-calor por instalación en conductos internos de la estructura.

Dispone de plaza de garaje cerrada en el sótano del edificio y con ascensor desde la misma.

Como elementos comunes, la piscina que mira al mar y su entorno, así como el salón comunitario.

En el edificio hay portero físico con vivienda en el mismo.

El edificio tiene dos entradas, una por la calle Denia que conecta directamente con el parque natural del Peñón de Ifach y la otra por la calle Castellón de la plana que comunica con la playa de la Fossa y el paseo marítimo.Todo el entorno es accesible.

En el paseo marítimo hay diversidad de restaurantes, tiendas y heladerías. En los meses de verano,hay cine en la playa de la Fossa, un día a la semana.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
