Villa dei Faggi is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. From Villa dei Faggi you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa dei Faggi is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Calvanico, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa dei Faggi from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa dei Faggi you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villa dei Faggi is along a 500-meter (1640 feet) country road.

Please note: The neighbors' dogs are free to roam in the shared patio and the nearby grounds.

Patio

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

Ground FloorLiving Room

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a small fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room also has two small windows.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a small fireplace. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has two high windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The ceiling boasts a brick circular vault. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area.

Roof LevelTerrace

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom

You will reach the second bedroom going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
