The Sail Loft is a detached Coach House situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the beautiful development of White Sand in the village of Camber. The fabulous Camber Sands beach is just 5 minutes stroll from the Coach House.

With off road parking for one car in front of the garage, you will not have far to carry your holiday packing and start enjoying your Sail Loft break.

Entering The Sail Loft living space via the open-plan lounge/dining area you’ll instantly appreciate the bright and airy accommodation with its large feature bay window to the front and Juliet balcony to the rear.

The spacious lounge has plenty of room for up to four guests to relax on the contemporary and comfortable sofas and enjoy watching favourite programmes on the 42” HD Smart TV with Sonos Playbar, or perhaps get cosy for the night and watch one of the DVD’s the apartment has for guests’ entertainment on the Blue-ray player. For those who like gaming, The Sail Loft boasts a Nintendo Wii U & PS3 + games – great for entertaining youngsters whilst Mum and Dad enjoy relaxing. An FM/DAB/Bluetooth radio is also there so listening to your favourite music is easy.

The dining area with dining table and chairs is roomy and a great place for everyone to enjoy dining together during their stay.

A separate kitchen, equipped with all the utensils and equipment you’ll need makes catering during your holiday easy and enjoyable. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob & fan oven as well as a Nespresso U Milk coffee machine, to help kick start your mornings.

Two bedrooms – one with kingsize bed and the other with two singles (which can be joined to make another kingsize bed) make the Sail Loft the perfect place for two couples or a group of up to four to stay. Both bedrooms have good storage space for all of your holiday clothes and essentials and boast luxury linen (400 thread count) & towels, which are included for your stay.

The bathroom with bath and shower over completes the rooms – indoors – at The Sail Loft.

Decorated in a contemporary fashion with some retro styling The Sail Loft has character and charm that you’ll love. Amazing local photography adorns the walls, making The Sail Loft a great place to stay when appreciating everything that Camber and the local area has to offer.

Outside The Sail Loft boasts a great garden which is like another room, with decked areas at each end of the garden making it perfect for al fresco dining and with great lighting, can be used long into the evenings. It is the perfect spot to enjoy during the daytime or to get the Weber ‘Master Touch Gourmet’ charcoal Kettle BBQ out in the evenings and sit with a cool glass of wine after a hard days exploring or sports.

After a long session on the beach/water wetsuits and other sportswear can use hung either on a fixed wall mounted clothes airer in the garage or a twin retractable washing line in the garden.

The Sails Loft’s garage houses the washing machine and tumble dryer which can be used to freshen up any clothes. There is also various beach games and windbreak + mallet for guest to enjoy the use of during their break.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
