Welcome to this country house for 4 people, located in the north of the island, near Campanet. It offers all needed comforts to tranform your vacation into an unforgettable experience.

The property features 2700 m2 around the house and the pool area with a forest and Mediterranean garden. The chlorine 7 x 5 metres pool has a depth from 1.8 to 2.2 metres. You will find an area with 6 sun loungers to relax sunbathing by the pool. A mobile gas barbecue is available so that you can cook outdoors. There is a wide variety of fruit trees in the garden, like orange trees, fig trees, medlar trees,...that you can taste when it is their season. In front of the house there is a terrace with a thatched roof, furnished with a table and chairs as well as a sofa in a chill out way. This is the perfect place to relax while having breakfast or reading a book.

The house has a constructed area of 110 m2 and is ideal for families or small groups of friends, as it has two double bedrooms. One of them has two single beds and air conditioning, the second one, located in a loft, has a double bed and air conditioning as well. Both rooms have wardrobes and are spacious, so you can have 2 cots and 2 high chairs if you need them. The bathroom that serves the whole house has a shower. The living room invites you to watch TV in the comfortable armchairs and sofa or to play a game of board games with the little ones. It opens onto the dining room and also to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook your best recipes, including gas cooker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven and nice views to the outside. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location of this property is perfect since you will reach any point in the island in little time. However, you will need a car because the nearest bus stop is 650 metres away, in Campanet. You will find supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc in the village. The nearest hospital is 8 km away, in Inca. In this little city you will find a great variety of shops and all kinds of restaurants (fresh fish, high quality meat, Italian, tasting menus, traditional Mallorcan food restaurants,...). The street market in In ca takes place every Thursday and the town turns into a lively place. Fantastic beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. You also can visit Cala Sant Vicent and the village of Pollensa where you can climb the more than 365 steps till the chapel of the so called Calvari! Landscape views from there are really worthy!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
