THE FLAT: Completely refurbished 2 bedrooms fully furnished 95 square meter flat in the historical center of a beautiful olive oil producing town, Trevi. Only 10m from Montefalco (wine production area), less than 20m from Assisi, Foligno or Spoleto, 40m from Orvieto or Perugia, around 2h00 from Firenze, Roma and the sea. There is a large public pool less than 15m walking distance from the flat. Ideal for up to 4 guests.

DETAILS: In front of the entrance there is a separate toilet and a cellar with a washing machine and a storage place. At the top of the stairs there is a large 40 square meter open space that includes the dining room with an open kitchen, a small storeroom and a living room. The kitchen is completely furbished with a kitchen sink, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a 7 functions oven (including microwave and pulsed air) and cooktops with a hood. There are plates and flatware as well as a series of pans, bowls, Shortly said, everything you need to be able to cook (I am a cooker). The dining room has an extendable dark-brown table and 6 design chairs. There is a beautiful Indonesian cupboard full of glasses, candles, candlestick, a sommelier set to make your stay even more enjoyable. There is also a complete set to make cocktails. The living room includes a 42 inches (109cm) plasma screen with a DVD player (with a selection fo DVDs), a hifi systemwith CD player (to which you can connect a USB key), a large sofa and a small chest of drawers. It has a large window and a beautiful view on the valley. The bathroom is equipped with 2 separated sinks, a large shower for 2 and a toilet. There is a corridor between the dining room and the sleeping rooms. The first one is equipped with a large bed of 190x200, a large wardrobe and a long shelf. It is bright with 2 windows. The second one is equipped with 2 large single beds (90x200) presented as a double bed but that can be separated, a wardrobe and a shelf. It has one window.

EQUIPMENTS INCLUDED: We provide bed linings, 2 towels per person (1x 50*100 and 1x 70*140), 3 dish-towels as well as toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, salt, paper, some bottles of alcool, aso. We kindly ask you to replace what you finish. Electricity and water consumptions are included.

INTERNET: There is no wifi because we have no fixed line. We propose internet access through a satellite key. The speed is good for checking emails and doing some research. With on key, you can connect one computer at a time only. The cost is 1€ per full hour (there is a 30eur refundable deposit for the internet key). If you want to use internet more, we can give you the address of local telecom reseller that can propose you 3G alternatives.

SWIMMING POOL: There is a beautiful large public pool with free parasols and deckchairs less than 15m walk from the flat (a few minutes by car). It is large. There is also a small one for young children as well as a series of slides for children to play. People tend to go for the whole day and the entrance is a few euros per day.

SITUATION: The flat is in the historical center of Trevi town. Trevi (06039) is in the centre of Umbria. Umbria is well-known for its beautiful panorama (see Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, el Lago del Trasimeno, le Cascate delle Marmore, Todi, Orvieto and much more), its medieval towns (same), its food tradition (pasta strangozzi, fresh truffles, olive oil, porcini/ceps, delicatessen and much more) as well as an excellent and warm weather. The flat is in Trevi where you have everything you need if you want to have an easy life and only walk during your stay: grocer's shop (small shop where you can buy food), a butcher, a baker, a few bars and very nice and cheap restaurant. There is finally a fabulous playground for children in the centre of the city. You don't absolutely need a car if your aim is to profit from the sun and the pool.

BEACH/MONTAINS: Beaches are not close. It takes approx. 1h30-2h to go to the beach depending where you want to go. High montains are relatively close (30-60m). You can also get beautiful ballad in the highs of Trevi's area.

CLOSE AIRPORTS: Assisi/Perugia: 39km (30m), Ancona: 139km (1h45), , Pescara: 200km (2h20), Rimini: 190km (2h10), Roma (CIA): 162km (2h00), Roma (FIU): 177km (2h10), Pisa: 200km (2h10).

LOW COST AIRLINES: Ryanair (flying to Ancona, Perugia, Pescara and Pisa); Cityjet (Firenze); Airberlin (Rimini and Firenze); Meridiana (Firenze and Rimini); Tuifly (Pisa and Rimini); Easyjet (Pisa); Vueling (Firenze and Pisa); Germanwings (Firenze and Pisa).

CLASSIC AIRLINES: All classic airlines tend to fly to Rome (Ciampino or Fiumicino)
