Villa Eden è una villa panoramica sulla splendida Val d'Aso, nel sud delle Marche. La villa si trova alle pendici del borgo di Campofilone, tra ulivi, alberi da frutto e vigneti.
La costa Adriatica, con il suo mare cristallino fa da cornice al sorgere del sole, ben visibile dalla piscina e dalle ampie finestre che illuminano i due piani della casa.
Le spiagge si trovano a soli 10 minuti d'auto dalla villa. Nei dintorni ci sono numerosi borghi storici e località costiere da visitare, tra cui Torre di Palme, Moresco, Fermo, Porto San Giorgio e Cupra Marittima.
La sera il panorama si arricchisce con le luci dei borghi vicini, arroccati sulle colline di fronte alla villa.
La villa è situata in un'area eccellente dal punto di vista enogastronomico: famosi nel mondo i 'maccheroncini di Campofilone' e i vini DOC come il Rosso Piceno, il Rosso Piceno Superiore e il Falerio dei Colli Ascolani.
La villa dispone di una piscina con bellissima vista panoramica. L'area della piscina è attrezzata con ombrellone e lettini. Vicino si trovano barbecue, forno a legna ed un grande spazio ombreggiato per mangiare tutti insieme all'aperto. Nell'area piscina vi è anche una Jacuzzi.
La villa dispone di parcheggio privato e zona lavanderia.
La proprietà è completamente recintata ed è accessibile mediante cancello automatico. La villa è disposta su due livelli indipendenti.
Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno composta da cucina in muratura ben accessoriata, con frigo-congelatore, forno, lavandino e lavastoviglie, tavolo per 14 persone, ampio soggiorno con accesso diretto al portico, tavolo da biliardo e camino; due bagni con doccia e tre camere doppie.
Al piano primo, a cui si accede da un ampio terrazzo con vista sulla piscina, sul mare e sulla vallata sottostante, si trova un’ampia zona pranzo e grande cucina in muratura. L’ambiente è molto grande e luminoso con tante finestre che godono di una bellissima vista. Da qui è possibile accedere al soppalco. Il corridoio conduce alle tre camere da letto e a due bagni con doccia.
La zona notte della villa è dotata di aria condizionata (è presente un condizionatore nel corridoio antistante le camere da letto. Non c'è un condizionatore d'aria in ogni camera da letto, ma solo uno nel corridoio di fronte ad esse).
