Perfect for a family holiday with its well appointed, newly refurbished, spacious accommodation, Villa Nobotha is a great home from home property. Tasteful none slip tiles surround the large private pool which has the sun all day, sun loungers, dining area with BBQ, table and chairs and modern patio furniture finish the look, if your preference is to sit in the shade, the large open terrace to the front of this property is perfect. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, the kitchen is fully fitted with 2 fridges, oven, hob and all the utensils you need for your stay, there is also a large fridge freezer in the utility room. The master bedroom (downstairs) has en suite, the twin bedroom has a desk and the pull out bed that can be left in or out, perfect for the children. There is a shower room with direct access (lockable) onto the pool area. The third en suite double bedroom is accessed by an external staircase, with its own private entrance and terrace overlooking the surrounding

Although the location is in a quiet residential street it is also within walking distance of the main commercial centre of Camposol with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

A short drive takes you to the coast where you will find an array of ‘Blue Flag’ beaches and the Port of Mazaron with a larger selection of excellent Restaurants and bars.

The Region of Murcia region

Situated on the main highway between the Historical City of Murcia and the Seaside resort of Puerto de Mazarron lies Camposol. If the ideal of sunbathing at the side of your own private pool, spending quality time with friends and family and sunshine (we have a microclimate here; you can depend on more than 300 sunny days a year!)…..then this is the place for you!

Camposol has a wide selection of bars and restaurants including Sports Bars, British Pub, Live Entertainment venues, there is also a Bowling Alley. There are international restaurants including Spanish, English, Italian, Bulgarian, Chinese and Indian You will also find coffee shops and tea rooms, a selection of supermarkets, hairdressers, a weekly market a bodega and butchers.
