House l'AVET, FONT-RUBÍ - CAMPRODON (GIRONA) House Description: L'Avet is a great design of 302 m2, built in stone with beautiful wooden ceilings, composed of two floors House and hot garage annex with plants of propane ducted heating and water boiler with accumulator tank.

Located in a double flat (1,607 m2) plot, is oriented to the South and is sunny and bright. Enjoy sweeping views and the microclimate of Font Rubí (in winter the temperatures are 3-4 ° C milder than Camprodon).

The garden is divided into two areas, one on each side of the House. The reserve provides an atmosphere of intimacy and relaxation that allows you to enjoy the most of coexistence, both in the porch of the barbecue, as in the corner sofa.

The House is very harmonious and welcoming and is ideal to enjoy in group, with family or friends. It is very wide and all dependencies and rooms are spacious. Stay in it is very rewarding and facilitates the relaxation and well-being.

On the ground floor is the recibidor-entrada, which gives way to the dining room and the seating area, games room attached to them. The dining room is accessed the kitchen through a transition zone where there is a utility room, the toilet and the laundry room and ironing. There is also a suite with full bathroom with bathtub, direct access from the lobby.

The ground floor consists of three spacious suites, one of them, the master suite, it has an annex office, dressing room, fireplace and bathroom with tub and separate shower. There are also other two suites, one of them the child with twin beds and an annex Loft for children games. All rooms of the House have bathroom with bathtub.
