This modern 4 bed-roomed, 4 Star Superior graded self catering Villa, with a striking linear design, was created to highlight the precious aspects of both the mountain and the sea. With this in mind, it offers a wonderful flow from the inside living areas to the outdoor patios, both front and back. The rear of the Villa enables one to walk on the wild side by simply stepping off the fan cobbled terrace right onto the slopes of Table Mountain National Park and the Twelve Apostles! The front view is the entire Camps Bay, beach, ocean, Lions Head etc; all unobstructed.

The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi spa bath and has a birds eye view of all that Camps Bay has to offer! All bedrooms are equipped with:- air-conditioning, safe, hairdryer, TV.

The large open plan living area has a surround sound system in the lounge with MP3. HDMI connection facilities. Fiber linked WiFi is accessible throughout the villa & surrounds.

Of course, the games room with pool table, air-hockey, soccer table, darts, chess etc are big hits with family & friends. Children make a bee-line to this area on arrival!

Culinary skills can be put to the test in the fully equipped open plan granite counter topped kitchen. The laundry area has washing, drying & ironing facilities.

There are numerous patios from which you can soak up the sun, relax on a pool lounger, admire the romantic sunsets or just enjoy a sun-downer followed by a sumptuous meal!

The lawned area is perfect for enjoying after dipping into the solar heated infinity pool... or even better, survey the vistas from the martini seating inside the pool. This area is often chosen to enjoy a sizzling barbecue. All outdoor furniture & umbrellas are provided. The heated bubbling Jacuzzi on the main deck is the most relaxing place to be! An international commercial was shot from here!!

There is direct access to the villa from the large remote controlled double garage. For your peace of mind, there is a state-of-the-art security system in place.

For larger parties and more children, extra sleeping facilities can be arranged in the games-room.

    Why can't I call Duncan & Gillian (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Duncan & Gillian (the owner) a message.

    If Duncan & Gillian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
