Description

Mountain Villa is in the beautiful, very scenic area of Camps Bay. A very sought after area for holidays. The Villa is a large Self Catering Unit with a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 Bedrooms (one queen, 2 x twin or king rooms). The Villa Sleeps up to 6 adults, there are 3 bathrooms, 1 bath and 2 showers (one bathroom en-suite), There is a Swimming Pool and entertainment/dining area (with BBQ/Braai) with spectacular views of the ocean and Mountains. The beach, restaurants and bars are a 2 minute drive away. There is a large Lounge/Dining area with Satellite T.V and Wifi throughout the Villa. The Villa is serviced every morning.

Getting around

Getting around is easy from Camps Bay as it is pretty centrally located. Cape Town is nearby. One is also very close to the red city, hop on, hop off, bus tour stop, which is located on the beach road in Camps bay, should you wish to see Cape Town, The Peninsula and/or the Wine farms by tour bus. Uber is also an option if you prefer not to hire a car from the airport. There is also an airport shuttle available that one can use with Sport taxi's. They have a desk at the airport or one can book the shuttle ahead of time, prior to arrival.

Interaction with guest

Desi (manager) and Brian (caretaker) are onsite to take care of your needs. Desi is available to help with anything that you may need during your stay or even if it is just advise on tours or directions etc. Brian cleans and takes care of the Villa daily (except on Sundays). They are both friendly and helpful, always happy to see to anything that you may need to make your holiday a memorable one.

House rules

No Events, parties or gatherings other than a couple people. No loud noise or loud music. No Smoking, unless outside. No pets. Towels, Linen or any other item supplied in the guesthouse are not to be removed from the property for any reason, what so ever. No more than 10 people allowed in the guesthouse at one time and no more than 6 adults over night.

Why can't I call Lisa (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
