A breath of fresh sea-side air will greet you at this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. All the spaces in this property offer some sea views. Also, it is only a short walk down to Camps Bay beach and promenade with shops and restaurants. As you enter through the electric security gate there is parking for 2 small cars. The front entrance on the ground level opens onto the light open plan living/dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped.

The dining table has seating for 8 and the comfortable lounge seating has space for 3. There are wall to ceiling glass windows and doors which lead to a small deck with lounge seating and a splash pool.

The second en-suite bedroom is on the ground level of the house and has access to the shared deck with the living room. On the lower level of the property are the other two en-suite bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have TV, air conditioning and access to a small deck.

The third bedroom has twin beds and a sleeper couch. This property is the perfect holiday destination with beautifully decorated spaces in hues of blue and green, lots of light and views of the ocean.
