Description

At the heart of Cancale, between the town center and the port, close to the coastal footpath, in a pretty quiet renovated residence, apartment of 47 m2 very bright consists of a kitchen open to living room, a bathroom , non private toilets Free parking in front of the residence. The three-storey building consists of eight units. Ours is on the second floor but easily accessible due to the arrangement of the stairs. You will have access to cleaning products, papierwc. We leave self-service food that can serve everyone (pasta, salt, pepper ....). For small folding bed and a chair is available for free. Board games and lives are at your disposal two rooms. one to two people, the second with bunk bed (two downstairs and one child up, see photos) Side view of the sea An ideal place to discover the Emerald coast.

The beds include mattress cover, duvet and pillows Possibility to ask the cleaning fee 40 euros to be paid directly on site. Our accommodation is not suitable for large parties but little welcome friends who want to get together for a good time while respecting the neighbors (no noise ....)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rémi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
