Tenuta Selvaggia è un agriturismo a Reggello (provincia di Firenze) all’interno di una tenuta in stile toscano, circondati da meravigliose colline, arte, cultura gastronomica e dalla poesia del cavallo. L’esperienza dell’agriturismo e del centro ippico resteranno piacevolmente con voi per tutta la vita.

Tenuta Selvaggia si struttura in 4 posti letto divisi:

Un appartamento indipendente per massimo 4 persone con 2 letti matrimoniali e possibilità di aggiunta di letto singolo. Completo di cucina con lavastoviglie, salotto con camino, camera da letto con aria condizionata, bagno completo con idromassaggio e giardino privato.

Gli spazi esterni: Un giardino soleggiato per la colazione e per il barbecue nel pieno della tranquillità a del relax, una piscina a disposizione per gli ospiti e giochi a disposizione per i bambini.

Il servizio di aria condizionata ed il riscaldamento possono essere utilizzati su richiesta al costo di euro 20 al giorno a servizio, il sovrapprezzo va pagato in contanti al checkin. La tassa di soggiorno ha il costo di euro 1 a persona a notte. Sarà da pagare in contanti al checkin.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cristiana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
