El Vergel de Chilla is a private estate of 2 hectares of scenic beauty in which Bees, two lovely unique cottages, which are in the bush, just back, bordering found is the Natural Park of the Sierra de Gredos. A little further down is Dragonfly, an avant-garde design house, beautiful windows immersed in a lush garden. Both houses are on the south side of Almanzor, on the side of Chilla and in the region of Candeleda, one of the most beautiful villages south of the province of Avila.

Bees At the foot of the most extraordinary views you can imagine, the vast Tietar Valley, a gift of nature. And as far as the eye can see, Oropesa, Lagartera and Montes de Toledo.

From Dragonfly we see the Almanzor face with its snowy peaks, lush forests in spring and vigilante Sanctuary Chilla in the hillside you can easily walk along the trails of the mountain in winter.

The area is idyllic for lovers of adventure and risk for all kinds of activities of active nature, or simply to rest

And only an hour and a half drive from Madrid.

    Muchas gracias Miranda por su comentario. Nos encanta que nuestros huéspedes salgan contentos y hayan disfrutado de una estancia feliz. Las escaleras son empinadas, porque son casitas tipo cabaña, Entendemos que haya que llevar precaución, es cierto que hay que subir y bajar con cuidado y despacio. Lo de las mascotas, lo sentimos profundamente porque nos encantan. No las admitimos porque es el campo y hay perros de otras fincas cercanas, que a pesar de tener valla de ganadero, se las pueden saltar. Algunos son muy territoriales y al olor de otros animales se pueden poner agresivos. Esa es la razón para evitar problemas con las mascotas de los huéspedes, pero es cierto que el espacio es ideal para llevar perros. Nos encantará verles de nuevo por aquí!!!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send María (the owner) a message.

    If María (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
