Our 1 Bed room apartment is made with love and passion of our travels from all around the world.

The location is ideal: its less than 10 mins walk from busy Candolim Main Road and 15 mins by walk to Candolim beach.

You can also rent bikes outside the apartment complex.

Brief on Apartment complex:

#A modern apartment complex made by one of the finest builders in Goa (Acron).

#The complex has a shared pool and a gym. You can spend your days cooling yourself in the pool after a good workout at the gym which is on the terrace.

#Ground floor parking for each apartment so you can park your bike or 4 wheeler without any worry of theft.

#24 hours security with video bell for each apartment.

#Power back up for common areas.

#Elevators to take you to the apartment without any need to walk or climb stairs.

# You won't be hassled by large groups as the complex only has less than 40 apartments with less than 10% occupied by permanent residents.

#Terrace above 4th floor has 360 degrees views of greenery around and is a very good place to watch sunsets from.

Our home (The apartment):

Our beautiful holiday home is on the 2nd floor of this Gated Residential Society. You can reach easily by elevators or take the stairs.

The approx size of apartment is 990 sq ft or approx 91 sq mt.

The apartment has been done tastefully with modern furniture and our travel memorabilia. We have a dedicated power back up adequate enough to keep the fans, lights and Wifi running without any trouble.

The Living Room:

The Air Conditioned Living room has a very comfortable 3 seater couch which doubles up as a Sofa Bed that can sleep 1 adult or 2 kids easily.

A Flat Screen with Cable TV (with International channels) shall ensure entertainment round the clock. Seamless Wifi will keep you connected through out the apartment.

Play your music on our bluetooth speaker.

The Living room has an attached bathroom that can be used as either a powder room for guests or a 2nd bathroom for residents. It has a WC, Shower cubicle and a wash basin/ sink with mirror for your convenience. 24 hours Hot water comes through a Solar heating plant that is common to all apartments.

A Balcony is attached to the living room (with a very Green view/ garden) which can be used to dry clothes/ Just chill/ eat meals and watch the sunset/ sunrise.

The Bedroom:

The Air Conditioned Bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed with heavenly mattress that can sleep 2 people. You will not want to wake up easily. It's that comfortable.

We provide bed sheets, pillows with covers and blankets for your comfort.

A dresser with mirror is also available in room which can also double up as a desk.

Other furniture in Bed room: Tall Mirror, Single seater sofa, Futon, wardrobe with mirror and 2 bed side tables.

Ensuite Bathroom has a shower, wash basin/ sink with mirror. 24 hours Hot water comes through a Solar heating plant that is common for all apartments.

For short stay guests, we do not provide towels (due to hygiene issues).

Kitchenette:

The fully modular kitchenette has a Refrigerator with freezer, Microwave, Electric kettle, Toaster, Nespresso Coffee machine (please get your own pods), 4 burner Cook top/ Stove with Chimney and a Washing Machine.

Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware along with basic staples (salt, pepper etc) are available in the apartment.

A high dining table with 4 chairs can double up as a bar unit.

#Our holiday home is for you to enjoy. Pls use it but don't abuse it. Hence no smoking indoors and PLS follow the rules of complex. You don't want to embarrass yourself or us.

#We do not provide Dish Washer, & Dryer.

#We believe Hygiene is of utmost importance hence the apartment is Deep Cleaned after every Check out which means when a Guest arrives, the apartment will be fresh.

#Our bedsheets, Bed covers, hand towels, pillow covers and blankets are sent to a professional laundry and not hand washed after every check out. During your stay, pls feel free to use the Washing Machine. All cleaning agents are provided.

#We do not provide towels to short stay guests.

#No food items are provided in the kitchen. We request guests to buy groceries from the neighbourhood or carry their own.

#Long stay guests can bring pets for sure (As long as you clean after them). We have a son (6 year old Lab) and know what joy it is to travel with them.

Taxi Services in Goa can be nightmare hence IF YOU ARE BOOKING WITH US FOR MORE THAN 10 NIGHTS, WE PROVIDE A COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT PICK UP (MAX 3 PERSONS + LUGGAGE).

Why can't I call GAURAV (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GAURAV (the owner) a message.

If GAURAV (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
