The apartment is centrally locacted with sea view of the beach and has a surface of 55 square meters.

I am Irish & my background is Hospitality. I purchased the apartment in 2005. It was all redecorated & everything was new when I purchased it. I have spent wonderful holidays here as have my family & friends who have had many wonderful visits to Canet.

The balcony has a lovely sea view & I love to enjoy my breakfast in the morning sunshine. The apartment is nice & cool in the summer. The markets start early in the morning. I love to purchase the fresh local products . They also sell clothes shoes jewellery bric a brac so always very lively & lots of fun. The neighbours are very nice & always most helpful.

There are so many places to visit so always very interesting holidays in Canet. It is the perfect location.

This spacious 2 bedroom sea view apartment is ideally located on Avenue de la Méditerranée. The beautiful beach is 150m away. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a lift. It comprise of:

Dining/Sitting area with large sofa which converts to a double bed

Kitchen with washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster

Large Balcony facing the sea

The apartment itself, is quiet, spacious, airy and clean and has everything that you need for a long or short stay. It is perfectly located right in the hub of Canet Plage.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (Reservation is not possible and charges are applicable) - Internet Wifi is available in all areas & charges are applicable

NOTE : SPECIAL PRICE HAS BEEN ADDED FOR THE MONTH OF JULY WITH A MINIMUM STAY OF 4 NIGHTS.

Why can't I call BARBARA (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send BARBARA (the owner) a message.

If BARBARA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
