it is a NEW house with 2 air-conditioned rooms, each room has its private bathroom and a hair dryer: no need to bring it with you to come to BALI, an American kitchen equipped with the necessary equipment to cook, overlooking a living room 4 places also open and overlooking a shaded and appreciated passageway and swimming pool. The pool is 7 meters long by 3.5m wide and has a depth of 1.3m to 2m. In front of the door, you have a small parking allowing the parking of 2 to 3 scooters. all is kept in the afternoon and night, except Sundays, holidays, and Wednesday and Sunday afternoon .. the housekeeper and the gardener come in the morning except Sundays. A poolkeeper spends 2 times a week to re-level, maintain and monitor water quality. The interest of this house is the quiet residential area where it is located. You will find nearby all the amenities and services: clothing shops, decoration, luxury, spas, mini markets, bakery, laundry, ATM, exchange office, many restaurants of all nationalities, several yoga centers, equestrian center, Aquatic recreation center, Finns recreation club: bowling, sports center, trampoline, atmospheric bars also a little further. A taxi stand is not far away, and these are permanently on the main street at 100 meters. In the main street, you also have several scooter rentals. Personally I use the services of DBR, left on the street, who practices reasonable prices or DONI RENTAL, with scooters in state. This does not preclude checking before taking them.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If JEAN YVES (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
