Lovely 3 bedroom villa in Caniço de Baixo one of the sunniest places on the island. Villa Amelia has recently been redecorated and new to the rental market. South facing with private heated swimming pool, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing, away from it all holiday.

The swimming pool can be heated with an additional weekly charge paid in cash on arrival.

The heating should be requested at least one week in advance, should it be requested after arrival at the Villa the minimum charge applicable is one week which is payable from the time the heating is turned on. The weekly supplement is € 150 to heat it to 25º. For an additional degree the charge is € 30 per week.

Access to complementary use of all facilities at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, seven minutes drive away, including access to the sea, sea water pools, fresh water pool and tennis court

Washed by the sea, Caniço is one of the most beautiful locations on Madeira Island. Known for its mild temperatures, Caniço is sought by many people both during the summer and the winter.

Caniço is valued as a place of entertainment, as well as of relaxation.

The partial Natural Reserve of Garajau, Portugal's only exclusive sea reserve, created in 1986, is integrated in Caniço. Due to the biologic diversity and extraordinary clearness of the water, it offers unique conditions for diving, enabling you to contact with mantas and large harmless fish.

How do damage deposits work?
