ENGLISH:

In the middle of the village, where cars can't arrive, we offer a double rooms at the first floor with the use of the garden in a very old house, some hundreds years ago used as a convent, now a very fine place just rebuilt in 2015.

A living room of about 30 mq with a new kitchen complete of induction plate, refrigerator and oven, and a sofa bed large 120 cm and another single sofa bed , tv sat tuned on astra sat, stereo, internet wi-fi, old wooden furnishings and a precious coffered ceiling of wood, all surrounded by a nice coloured wallpaper that makes a warm atmosphere.

A very fine bedroom in the same frameworks with old picture on the wall and particular furnishings..A new bathroom complete of shower, bidet , wc and lavabo.

Guests could enjoy nice evenings also on the balcony which looks at the particular garden richs of old plants of camellias and the picturesque sanrocco's church, where there is a small table and light to spend some quiet time. The garden could be used by guests, but not for games of children because it is a common part for all appartaments

Im Zentrum von Cannero, ruhig gelegen, bieten wir Ihnen ein Appartement in der ersten Etage eines ehemaligen Klosters mit der Moeglichkeit den, das Haus umgebenden, Garten zu nutzen.

Das Appartement mit seinen schoenen, hohen Raeumen besteht aus einem grossen Wohnsalon mit einer Kuechenzeile (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kuehlschrank) einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad (Dusche, WC, Bidet). Ein Schlafsofa (Breite: 130 cm) und einen Fernseher (Sat, Astra) finden Sie im Wohnbereich. Kostbare Balkendecken schoene, alte Moebel und warme Wandfarben sorgen fuer eine behagliche Atmosphaere. Wifi (kostenfrei) ermoeglicht den Internetzugang in allen Raeumen.

Ein Garten mit alten Kamelien, von dem Sie einen wunderbaren Blick auf die kleine KIrche San Rocco geniessen koennen , steht ebenso, wie kleiner Balkon vor ihrem Appartment zu Ihrer Verfuegung.

Kinder bitten wir, von Ballspielen Abstand zu nehmen. Auch bitten wir, nicht laut zu schreien.

ITALIANO:

Nel pieno centro storico del paese un bilocale sito al primo piano di una casa antichissima sede di un vecchio convento con visuale su un tranquillo giardino di camelie e la piccola chiesa di san rocco. Un balcone di pietra su cui passare le serate.

Un bilocale appena ristrutturato in una vecchissima casa nella zona centrale del paese dove non circolano più le auto. Un appartamento assai caratteristico con i soffitti alti ancora a cassettoni, colori vivaci alle pareti, con una stanza matrimoniale ed un bel salone cucina con divano letto ad una piazza e mezza per altri 2 bambini o 1 persona.

I vani sono siti a pochi passi dal lago, dal piccolo supermercato, dalla panetteria, dalla posta e dalla banca e dai principali locali del villaggio, nel centro antico del paese. Il lungolago resta a soli 50 metri a piedi, la spiaggia a circa 750, da qui partono le mille escursioni dei sentieri sul lago e verso la montagna dell' entroterra e del parco della val grande.

Gli ospiti potranno godersi le serate dal balcone che si affaccia sul bel giardino di camelie e sulla pittoresca chiesina di san Rocco. Avranno a loro disposizione un parcheggio a pochi metri dall'abitazione e potranno anche usufruire del bel giardino

How do damage deposits work?
