WATERFRONT, FILM FESTIVAL 700m, SPACIOUS (60m2), POOL, GARAGE. One bedroom apartment. Direct sea view, overlooking a secured lush green park and private pool. Air condition. Free WIFI, Free underground parking. Most of the year you can sit and eat on the terrace and enjoy the sunny view of the sea and the Esterel Mountains. YOU ONLY NEED TO CROSS THE PARK TO REACH THE SANDY BEACH and plenty of restaurants. All commodities are within walking distance, with the supermarket less than 200m, the historic village Le Suquet with lots of famous restaurants 300m, and the old port 400m and Palais des Festivals (Conference Center of Cannes) just 900m.

The Nice Airport is 30km away, with shuttlebus to Cannes every 30 minutes.

The apartment offers marble floors, modern yet comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dishwasher, flattop range, microwave and granite counter tops. Beds (90x200) with new mattresses.

Free wifi, Internet, cable television and DVD player.

Free underground parking (for cars not higher than 1,80 meter).

A residence like ours is rare in Cannes. We have it all; direct beach access, beautiful sea view, large grounds with a pool, underground parking, close to restaurants and shopping, and just 15 minutes’ walk along the sea to the famous Cannes Film Festival.

And beautiful boating excursions to the Lérins Islands are available from the port, which is just 400 meters from the residence, along the sea.

Please note: The train route is along the coast. Occasionally a train will pass, but your view will not be blocked and there is very little noise.

I should not say too much or I will not be able to go again because the rates will have gone up or it will be fully booked. Cannes is a great place and this is a very good apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marianne (the owner) a message.

If Marianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
