A “Casa nostra” è una elegante villa immersa nella rigogliosa vegetazione mediterranea con vista mozzafiato sulla distesa blu del mare di Lipari, da cui dista appena 2 km. Non appena si varca l’ingresso della proprietà ci si immerge in una suggestiva atmosfera di totale pace e relax, avvolti dal silenzio e dal profumo degli alberi in fiore.

La Villa è circondata da un ampio giardino con prato all’inglese, rigogliose piante e fiori, e sporge su un panoramico terrazzamento tipico eoliano, da cui si ammira una vista sulla campagna circostante, sul Porto di Lipari, sulla Fortezza che cinge la città Antica, sulla vicina Isola di Vucano. Nelle giornate più limpide si riesce a scorgere persino il vulcano Etna sulla terraferma!

All’ingresso della Villa si trova un ampio parcheggio. Gli spazi esterni della proprietà sono arredati con comode sedie, tavolini e chaise-longue per poter godere del magico panorama isolano a tutte le ore del giorno. È presente anche un barbecue portatile e la doccia esterna con acqua calda.

All’interno la Villa è arredata con mobili di pregio dal raffinato gusto siciliano, e curata in ogni dettaglio per offrire confort e benessere ai suoi ospiti. Al piano terra si trova l’ampio e luminoso living room con divani, camino (non in uso), zona pranzo e cucina accessoriata. Il living room è arredato con librerie a soffitto, ceramiche antiche e pavimento in cotto con maioliche siciliane. Due grandi porte a vetri collegano il living room alla grande terrazza coperta in cui si trovano un elegante salotto esterno e il tavolo con sedie per indimenticabili pranzi e cene vista mare.

Adiacente al grande salone si trovano un bagno ad uso comune con vasca e due camere da letto en-suite.

La prima camera “Nenè” può ospitare fino a 4 persone; dispone di un letto matrimoniale in ferro battuto e di un letto alla francese con baldacchino (ideale per 1 adulto o per 2 bambini/ragazzi), un bagno privato con doccia e vasca, cabina armadio, cassaforte e pale al soffitto. Da questa stanza si accede ad un patio con vista lato monte, arredato con tavolo, sedie e panche.

La seconda camera “Emma” può ospitare 2 adulti e 1 bambino; dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un lettino, un bagno con doccia, cabina armadio, cassaforte, aria condizionata e pale al soffitto. Da questa stanza si accede ad un terrazzo coperto con incannucciato vista mare.

Una bella scala con gradini di maioliche siciliane conduce al piano superiore in cui si trova la terza camera “Gemma” con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, aria condizionata e pale al soffitto. Punto di forza di questa stanza sono i due terrazzi panoramici, l’uno vista mare e l’altro vista monte.

A “Casa nostra” è il luogo ideale per sentirsi accolti e coccolati con il tipico calore siciliano, per vivere una vacanza sentendosi “a casa” anche fuori casa.

Why can't I call Irma (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Irma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
