Description

A quirky, 18th-century town house located in the heart of Canterbury.

Next to the Marlowe Theatre, this house is a 3 minute stroll from the UNESCO world heritage site of Canterbury Cathedral and within very easy walking distance of the city's many cafe's, restaurants and bars. 15 minutes drive from the charming seaside resort of Whitstable and 25 minutes drive from the port of Dover, Canterbury is a thriving, cosmopolitan city, famed for its medieval buildings, and its rich historical ties to Chaucer, the founding father of English Literature. The house is only a 10 minute walk from Canterbury West station and its regular high-speed rail link to London St. Pancras International in 56 minutes. This makes Canterbury particularly easy to reach from Paris, Brussels and Lille.

Kent is renowned as 'The Garden of England' and Canterbury is surrounded by wonderful countryside, traditional English pubs and many beautiful castles and stately homes. Leeds, Dover and Walmer
