CAL VIVES de Canyelles tiene capacidad para 6/8 personas, esta vivienda situada en la primera planta consta de salón-comedor con chimenea y dos sofás cama de 120x180, televisión plana con satélite, DVD y salida a amplia terraza cubierta con exquisitas vistas a las montañas y a la piscina iluminada en forma de riñón con chorro de masaje cervical que podrán disfrutar junto con la barbacoa el jardín y la pista de tenis privada en la misma propiedad. Cocina independiente totalmente equipada, frigorífico-Combi No-Frost, microondas, horno eléctrico, placa de 4 fuegos a gas, cafetera, utensilios…dos habitaciones exteriores con camas de matrimonio de 150x200 y armarios empotrados comunicadas, dos habitaciones individuales con 1 cama de 90x200 y armarios empotrados, un baño con ducha, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora, salida a terraza cubierta con vistas a la pista de tenis iluminada privada. La casa está totalmente amueblada y tiene calefacción a gasóleo, televisión y Wi-fi. Dispone garaje para 1 coche y espacio de aparcamiento para otro en la misma propiedad, además hay fácil aparcamiento en la calle. Junto a la Barbacoa hay mesa y bancos de piedra con un toldo. También hay 8 tumbonas y mesa con 8 sillas de Jardín. Cuna y trona Bajo petición. Seguimos el protocolo Covid de limpieza y desinfección según normativas vigentes.

En el apartamento interior de la planta baja está el jardinero.

A 80 mts. Se encuentran un gran supermercado, la parada del bus y un bar-restaurante, a 300 mts estanco, bar, 500 mts centro médico, farmacia, colegios, bancos, ayuntamiento, gimnasio…

A tan sólo 10 minutos de Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú o Vilafranca del Penedés y sólo 35 minutos de Barcelona…cerca de campos de golf, puertos náuticos, club de tenis, museos, pubs... Accesos directos desde la C-32, AP-7 y fácil comunicación con al aeropuerto internacional de Josep Tarradellas de El Prat Barcelona.

IMPORTANTE, LA PISCINA, BARBACOA, JARDÍN Y LA PISTA DE TENIS NO LAS COMPARTIRÁN CON NADIE! son de uso exclusivo para los ocupantes de la vivienda de la primera planta.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mª CARME (the owner) a message.

    If Mª CARME (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
