Tipica casita Menorquina para 4/6 personas, totalmente reformado en 2019 ( ideal para parejas o parejas con niños) situado en enclave privilegiado sobre el mar con vistas de ensueño en lugar perfecto para el descanso, ideal para parejas con o sin niños, a escasos 5 minutos de una completa Marina con todos los servicios precisados y con una pequeña cala a 30m de la propiedad para tomar el baño, bucear , etc directamente desde alli, urbanizacion muy tranquila incluso en temporada alta, muy buena ubicacion, y las Calas de Son Xoriguer y N Bosch a 5 minutos andando, 1 minuto en coche.

En la zona hay acceso a internet aunque la cobertura en el complejo no es buena y hay varias webs de pago, se recomienda tener tarifa de datos y en los locales de la Marina a 2 mins de distancia a pie todos disponen de wifi gratuita en caso de ser necesaria.

    Sehr geehrter Herr Lars, Es tut mir sehr leid für Ihren Kommentar zu unserem Objekt, das wir seit 17 Jahren vermieten. Wir hatten noch nie einen Kommentar wie den Ihren. Unsere Vermieterin ist wie wir als Eigentümer Menschen, die sich stets um den Komfort unserer Mieter kümmern und vor allem müssen Sie wissen, dass Sie nach Menorca gefahren sind (ein sehr schöner Ort, aber außerhalb touristische Saison, die hauptsächlich von April bis Oktober umfasst) zu einer Zeit, zu der die meisten lokalen Dienste geschlossen sind, da sie nur in der touristischen Saison geöffnet sind, aber auch die Stadt Ciutadella nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto mit allen Dienstleistungen als Es wurde zu der Zeit angegeben. In der Gegend (wie in vielen anderen auf Menorca) ist die Internetabdeckung nicht gut und es tut mir sehr leid, dass dies ein Problem für Sie war, das scheint so ernst zu sein, weil die große Mehrheit der Menschen, die die Insel besuchen, sich gerade "trennen". Alles und genießen Sie die wunderschöne Insel und unser schönes Anwesen in einer Anlage und Umgebung der privilegiertesten (es ist nicht gut zu sagen, der Eigentümer, aber ich beziehe mich auf die Sicherheit der Dinge) von Menorca. Auf der anderen Seite haben Sie einen Teakholz-Tisch gebrochen (alles ist gelöst und vollständig von unserem Carpinetero repariert und wieder in einwandfreiem Zustand), ohne dass Sie meinen Eigentümer oder unsere Vermieterin am Abreisetag benachrichtigt haben Geben Sie ein, um die Immobilie für die folgenden Mieter vorzubereiten.
