Villa Andreas is an outstanding modern luxury villa built in the tradition Menorcan style. It is situated on the south of the island, less than 15 minutes from the airport and the capital city, Mahon. The beautiful coastal location of Cap d'en Font, with nearby unspoilt coves and beaches is know for it's spectacular sunset views.

An ideal location for a fabulous holiday. Unique in that just across the road you can use the rocky outcrops for fishing or steps into the sea, to swim, snorkel or even scuba and explore underwater caves and coastal marine life. The fully enclosed garden, private pool and large covered terrace with built in barbeque add to an idilic location for a restful and relaxing family holiday. All modern facilities make this a home from home environment, fast wifi, smart tv, and fully equipped kitchen including a nespresso coffee machine, enabling the whole family to enjoy their holiday together. Perfect villa for family.

We had a very good time in this location. There is a wonderful swimming pool and it's close to beach. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The communication with the owner was very easy.

yes, mosquitos sometimes appear on the island, that is why we supply mosquito repellent units for use inside the villa if necessary, although obviously we have no control outside. thank you for your kind comments, we are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sally (the owner) a message.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
