Cap d'Agde, 150 m from the beach, 150 meters from the harbor, with magnificent sea views, quiet area, ideal for families. To rent, T2 Cabin, 4/6 sleeps. (Two bedrooms, + sofa bed in the lounge) The rental price varies according to season. very interesting off-season. We accept rentals for the weekend or for short breaks outside school holidays. Do not hesitate to ask the price. The loggia is equipped with windows and turning it into extra room when the weather gets cooler. The more difficult when you have breakfast on the balcony, is to get up and leave the view of the sea. The apartment has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, TV ... Grand free parking (even summer) at the foot of the building. The only free parking in Cape Town in summer. Arriving you can ask your car and you do not use it this week, because everything is doable on foot. Nearby you will find many restaurants. The 150 meters was held 2 times a week a fruit and vegetable market to the front port. Public transport is available at the end of parking and serving the city of Agde and the train station. A launching point for boats is 150 meters. Boat rentals are available 800 meters at the port. At the front port (150 meters) you will find daily fresh fish directly landing boats. For the naturist area, the car will be needed to get there, unless you're a good walker. The person who will receive you at the keys, will be happy to tell you the good addresses, and gladly answer all your questions. ATTENTION: we offer free bed pads and pillow protection for single use, but we do not provide sheets or pillowcases. We require a deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival and a deposit of 50 euros for the household. These will be returned upon departure if everything is clean. Since 2015, the town of Agde requires us direct perception of the tourist tax. This is included in the price. WI-FI included in the rental price.

Bonjour, Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis. Je crois que l'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos publiées. L'étroitesse dans ce cas, est une notion subjective. J'ai pour habitude d'utiliser la salle de bains seul, et elle ne m'a jamais paru trop petite. L'appartement a été complètement refait en janvier 2016. Le remplacement du réfrigérateur est prévu courant 2017.

How do damage deposits work?

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
