A 100m de la plage, dans un appartement de 32m2, idéal pour 04 personnes, vue sur la piscine. Vos déplacements peuvent se faire à pied ou à vélo, une fois la voiture déposée. Avec ascenseur, proche de tous commerces et activités de loisirs, du centre de la station balnéaire où vous pourrez accéder par d'agréables chemins piétonniers le long de la mer et du port.

Bel appartement moderne et lumineux de 32m2, situé au troisième étage d'une résidence calme avec ascenseur, paisible et sécurisée, avec piscine accessible en saison (du 01 juin au 30 septembre), et parking privatif , à 100m de la plage Richelieu, la plus jolie des plages de sable fin du Cap d'Agde - proche de toutes commodités et activités estivales.

Laissez la voiture sur le parking privatif, vos déplacements peuvent se faire à pied ou à vélo.

Proche de tous commerces (boulangerie, supérette, traiteurs, restaurants, bar, glacier..), du parc aquatique Aqualand, du golf et de l'île des loisirs. A 15mn de marche du centre de la station balnéaire où vous pourrez accéder par d'agréables chemins piétonniers le long de la mer, du lac et du port.

L'appartement de 32m2 est totalement équipé pour accueillir aisément 04 personnes (mentionnons toutefois qu’il y a six couchages mais nous le déconseillons au vu de la superficie de l'appartement et pour votre confort). Sur place, vous trouverez lave linge, micro ondes, four, petit réfrigérateur avec freezer, téléviseur, aspirateur, couettes, oreillers..). Il comprend un salon-salle à manger ouvert par trois grandes baies vitrées, pièce dans laquelle vous pourrez prendre vos repas au soleil avec vue sur la piscine et vous installer sur un canapé double convertible, deux chambres indépendantes avec petits rangements (l'une avec un lit double et une fenêtre, la seconde avec des lits superposés sans fenêtre), une cuisine ouverte, une salle d'eau avec douche, lavabo et wc.

Pour une question pratique, nous ne pouvons mettre à disposition les draps, le tapis de douche et les serviettes de toilette. Pensez à les prendre lors de votre séjour !
