Our charming Antibes apartment easily has the best view in Antibes because it's a wrap-around balcony with panoramic views looking out on the beach, Cap d'Antibes and Old Antibes. Why go anywhere else when you can be directly across from two fantastic sand beaches and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Mediterranean while sipping wine or your cafe au lait in the morning. This is the Riviera at its best.

The apartment has one master bedroom and a living room with fold-out couch; all rooms have beautiful views of the sea. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. Local companies have used our balcony to take pictures for postcards. Really.

This clean, bright, self-catering apartment overlooks the waterfront and is a short walk to the Antibes fresh market where you can buy sumptuous foods and find dozens of marvelous restaurants. It's the ideal place to get away from it all and have a quiet holiday. Or walk over to Juan-les-Pins (15 min by foot) and enjoy buzzing night life. We have been renting out this apartment for over 15 years and are proud to have provided a way for hundreds of couples, individuals and families to enjoy a spectacular vacation and have a 50% return rate (one couple is on their eleventh summer!) so I think that might say it all.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julia (the owner) a message.

If Julia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
