The rental calendar is up to date. PLEASE READ: a minimum stay of 7 nights is required and a minimum of 10 days prior to the arrival date is required for Homeowner's Association processing time and approval. Also: we are not allowed to have dogs over forty pounds (much to our disappointment).

From the moment the elevator door opens in your private foyer, you will say 'WOW'! This is NOT your typical beach rental. Our home was professionally decorated from the floors to the ceilings. You will encounter beautiful fixtures -- from the lighting to the Calphalon cookware in the kitchen, you will feel at home immediately! There are three sitting areas: the living rm, the family room and the balcony. Four places to eat: the breakfast nook, barstools at the kitchen counter, balcony, and the dining room. This home is fully furnished: a full-size refrigerator/freezer, five-burner flat stovetop, wall-mounted convection oven & microwave. The beach is a 1-minute walk. A marvelous view of the launching of the space shuttle! The condominium only has eleven units and is incredibly quiet & private.

The ocean and beach is a 1-minute walk from our condominium. Views of the ocean are visible from the balcony, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen.

Rates include electric, cable, internet (Wi-Fi), water, home phone (plus US long-distance).

Activities: Orlando is approximately 50 minutes by car.

The condominium also has four beach chairs, many beach towels, a huge beach umbrella, a beach trolley cart, two coolers, surfboard, and boogie boards plus kids' beach toys.

Home is stocked with paper products, laundry soap, shampoo, hair dryers, linens, towels, plus spices, coffee, sugar, oil, PAM, baking essentials & plenty of pots and pans. There's a Keurig as well as an auto-drip coffee maker. Small appliances include: 4-slice toaster, griddle, stand mixer, blender, mini-chopper, food processor, and hand mixer.

The condominium has board games, DVD movies, and a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction books.

Optional: Have a pet? pets must not exceed two dogs and total weight must be under forty pounds. Sorry, the owner is allergic to cats.

Need a housekeeper?

Miscellaneous: Nonsmokers only please. This condominium is our home and is filled with many family heirlooms that have extreme sentimental value. We ask that you treat our home exceptionally well. For example, of some not so exceptional behavior: children's hands or feet to be on walls, shoes not to be worn in the home or to have glasses and dishes on furniture without a coaster/placemat. Thank you for your understanding!
