From the owner

The idea for our vacation home was a caribean Beach House.

IT is ideal for families and couples but also comfortable for several single persons. All rooms are lovely matching with design and furniture. Your stay in our home will be unforgettable. Enjoy laze around the pool or fishing for a catfish out of the canal, light reading in the Mexican hammock under palm trees while gently flowing the water beneath you. Perhaps you will make a boat trip starting from our dock (15 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River) to Sanibel / Captiva Island or a trip by car to the beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida... our home is a well-tried starting point. When you come back with much impressions you have earned a margarita from the pool-bar, enjoy watching the fabulous sunset you will remember Cape Corals symbolic welcome ‘It’s just like in Paradise’. On the pool dock the beautiful evening is ending with a candlelight dinner or BBQ which you have prepared on the gas grill - perhaps with the self fished catfish?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
