From the owner

This beautiful gulf-access pool home has it all! It is located on a quiet side street in the heart of the desirable SE Cape Coral area, with shopping and dining nearby. It is on the main gulf-access San Carlos Canal system, with a shoreline patio. The lot is beautifully landscaped with palms and fruit trees. Five sliders make for easy access to the large lanai with dual heated salt water pool.

The home is super clean and tastefully decorated, and the pool and landscaping are pristine. The home is serviced throughout by AvantaPure Professional Series Water Treatment System making every tap available for safe drinking water. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, and two living areas. The waterfront family room has a beautiful canal view, large sliders opening onto the lanai, and a 65” TV. It is open to the breakfast and kitchen areas. The front formal living room has a 55” TV, and sliders opening to the lanai. The formal dining room seats 8. The large kitchen includes a large island with breakfast bar and a breakfast nook table, with total seating for 8, and also opens to the lanai.

The large master suite has a king size bed, vanishing sliders to the lanai, walk-in closets, and a large 3 piece master bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house for privacy from the master suite, and they share the 4 piece second bath with shower/tub combo. One bedroom features a king bed and the other has two twin beds.

Sun or shade, rain or shine, the lanai is the focal point of the house. The large sliders to 5 rooms create flow through access. It includes a large covered area for shade and outdoor living even in the rain, and a large open area for year round sun on the poolside loungers. The patio dining table seats 8. There is a large BBQ with 2 tanks. The large pool is saltwater, and is dual-heated by both solar and electric for reliable year round swimming.

Additional amenities that make this home the complete vacation experience include Wireless High Speed Internet with laser printer, Cable TV, a PS3 gaming system and games, a large movie collection, and a garage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nellie (the owner) a message.

If Nellie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
