From the owner

Our dream house built in 2002 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 garages has been completely refurbished and offers on 1500 sqm of land and 180 sqm living space everything your heart desires. In addition, the large terrace with large pool, garden furniture, loungers and Weber gas grill are available! The terrace has a west exposure with lots of sun and beautiful sunsets! The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped and includes dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. In addition to the stove, the microwave, the large refrigerator with ice maker and freezer, a dishwasher is also available. The bathrooms each have a hair dryer. Next there are enough towels, also for pool and beach and a cool box for traveling. There are two 40 inch TV's in 2 bedrooms and a 55 inch TV in the living room. There is also a BOSE sound system in the living area ready for you. With Bluetooth access, you can also play music of your choice via your mobile phone or tablet. The Apple TV in the living room also allows you to stream your favorite movies to the TV. For cozy evenings our Fireplace (if necessary also with heating function) is available! Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also available. Our boat with 115 hp (6.10m long) for up to 10 people is on our boat lift directly behind the house and can be optionally booked at a special price. The boat deck is located directly behind the house and allows direct access to the Gulf of Mexico in about 30 minutes!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marion und Achim (the owner) a message.

If Marion und Achim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
