The newly built dream mansion that stands in November 2017 your vacations, is located in a beautiful location right on the Caloosahatchee River, which empties into the Gulf of Mexico. Close by, about 5 minutes. on foot, the only sandy beach invites directly into Cape Coral opposite the yacht club for a swim. Then you can in the "Boathouse" dream at the Tiki Bar and Grill with a sundowner in the Caribbean Sunset inside. Cape Coral offers a variety of bars and restaurants are within easy reach in a few minutes by car, as well as the Cape Harbor or Tarpon Point Marina with several restaurants and beautiful views. A total of about 370 square meters on two floors. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with access to the terrace (Riverview). A spacious and open up living area with kitchen, dining area and additional pantry, office and utility room. Covered terrace with electric screen and lounge for relaxation and outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Infinity pool to the river and spa and a private jetty. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the balcony (Riverview) a spacious gallery (with a mini-kitchenette) Two garages for 3 cars. The materials of the floors are wood throughout the living area and stone in the bathrooms. in a beautiful, palm-overgrown garden, Villa, guaranteed otherwise maximum comfort for discerning holidaymakers and has a private dock surrounds. Parking: Two garages located in front of the villa can accommodate a total of three cars. In the driveway two more cars can be parked. There are 8 sunbeds, 4 bicycles, 2 fishing, a boat dock Pool & Spa 5 TV One Entertainment Center can be booked up to 8 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Werner (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
