Villa Harriet at Splendor channel was completely renovated in 2016 and offers everything for a comfortable Florida holiday with the entire family. South terrace with a large heated 8.5m saltwater pool. The villa consists of: 4 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with California King size bed (2,50 length) (box spring) 1 master bedroom with king-size bed (box springs, 1.80 mx 2 m) 1 queen-size room (boxspring) 1 Twinsize- room (2 single beds) hypoallergenic bedding and linens 3 bathrooms 1 Whirlpool bath with a large shower in the master 1 (king rooms) and LED shower 1 light shower in the master 2 (California king-size rooms) and LED shower 1 marble bathroom with shower between Queen - and twin rooms and LED shower WiFi has the outskirts of Villa Harriet Villa Harriet about a child-safe, separate patio area area. In this area, children can go neither to the Splendor channel still in the pool area, as this area is lockable. There are cozy seating areas and sun loungers and a large hula screen in this sun-protected and can not be seen by neighbors area. (The set photos were still under construction and will be updated as soon as possible). Next available: teak table with 10 teak chairs. The terrace (Lanai) has a 48 inch TV. Look from the pool of your program. Boat lift boat deck, coolers, beach chairs and beds, beach umbrella, stand ceilings billiard table illuminated 8.5 m long heated saltwater pool with LED outdoor shower, three kayaks + lifejackets marble flooring throughout the house 70 '' 4K TV in the living room 48 "4K TV Master Bedroom 1 48 ' '4K TV Master Bedroom 2 48 "4K TV in Lanai (pool and terrace area) Full HD TV in the Queen room There is a portable computer with laser printer to complimentary Apple TV USB ports in wet bar superfast Internet Villa Harriet is the water ( over wider Splendor channel) South facing with beautiful views. There are 2 digit and 1 Zweierkayak, a computer that can be used throughout the house with laser printers. The Living Room is a in Lanai and the Living Room Music can be streamed, photos can be viewed commonly AppleTV. Through the south can be eaten pleasant at all times. There is a gas grill and a good supply of crockery. In the Laundry a new washing machine and a new dryer are available. Throughout the house and in Travertine Lanai was chosen as flooring. The entire house was overhauled and in November 2016, the work was completed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sabrina (the owner) a message.

If Sabrina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
