OCEANFRONT COMMON AREAS

A Cape May original, the unique Baronet, a beautifully-appointed Victorian home built in 1872, faces Beach Avenue and the ocean. Here you are among Victorian architectural pageantry. Many quaint homes from an era gone by, distant relics of a grand life, populate this stylish neighborhood.

The building is located one block north of Convention Hall. The Historic District and the Washington Street Mall, only a five minute stroll. Food, drink, merchandise, antiques and art are its fare. Fine cuisine and good chowder is available in at least twenty locations, and anyone would be proud to assure you of their quality. Recommendations abound!

The property includes the main house divided into six units and fourteen modern units attached in the rear. Guests are welcome to sit and rock or read, or even dine on the front wraparound porch. Other common-area amenities include: elevator, off-street parking, outdoor showers, clothesline (towels), bike rack, luggage carts and coin-laundry.

Unit 2H Baronet is a one-bedroom apartment that functions as a two bedroom, sleeps four, full kitchen, living room-vaulted ceiling, dining area, walk-in closet, heat/air-conditioned, wireless internet, ceiling fans, TV-DVD-CD.

Walking, biking, running, swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, surfing, shopping, bird-watching, fishing, crabbing, dolphin watching and parasailing are all daily possibilities. Best of all, forget your car for an entire week!
