Great Location - Park and Walk to All

You ll hear the sea roar at night, in this huge seashore retreat. Bring 22 of your closest friends and family - you can even sit together at the super long dining room table. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers and 2 new stainless steel refrigerators and a new stainless under mount sink as well as new granite counter tops. Additional cabinets have been added to increase storage. New zoned air conditioning with individual "by room" climate control. The wrap around front porch with its line up of rockers hearkens back to simpler times.

If you are here for a cool weather holiday like Thanksgiving, don t forget to turn on the fireplace after a brisk beach walk. You ll warm right up. Summer visitors can opt for AC or sea breezes. You ll appreciate the quiet neighborhood. It s an easy stroll to the beach. Walk a couple of blocks in the other direction and you ll hit restaurants and shops, even a a convenience/drugstore. And did we mention pizza and ice cream shops?
